If you want a vessel with everything...this is it!

This is a converted subchaser was built in 1943 (for World War II), in Brooklyn, New Jersey by Wheeler Shipyards (official # 818031). This Livaboard Yacht is 83' in Length, has a Beam of 15'9", with a draft of 6.5'. Duties include World War II then later converted for use as a passenger carrying vessel (scuba diving charters). Now used as pleasure craft currently moored in the Sunshine Coast BC

The hull of the vessel has a large chain locker and private washroom /shower in the forepeak, eight double and single over /under berths, galley, and another washroom /shower. Midship you will find fuel tanks and engine room, two General Motors Detroit Diesel 8V-71 (perfect working order) freshwater cooled engines and mounted on 1/4" steel beds and drive threw twin disc 509 gears. Northern Lights Isuzu 4 cylinder diesel, driving a 20KW 240VAC generator is mounted on steel beds located at the port aft of engine room as well as a new air compressor to drive air horn and nomadic tools. The water tank room, lazarette, storage, and steering gear in stern.

Three steel fuel tanks are secured forward of the engine room and are plumed with crossover and individual shut-offs. Seven 75 gallon plastic fresh water tanks to port and starboard in the tank room aft of the engine room and are plumber to a 12V fresh water pump.

On main deck level is foredeck with anchor winch, very spacious lounge; two double berths private cabins with private heads. Dinning table midship to port, Living area couch and TV. stereo and entryway to aft. To aft is the aftdeck with steps to an oversized swim platform. 

Top deck is the wheelhouse built with a masters cabin private entrance and private washroom /shower surrounded by a huge 1050sq’ Deck. A step tapered steel mast is mounted on the main cabin roof and is supported by 1x19 stainless steel lifeline wire to eyebolts in the wheelhouse and cabin roofs.
